Skull and Bones: Free content for several years, release date confirmed
Skull and Bones has received a release date. As Ubisoft announces, that should Pirate multiplayer game on November 8th appear. The release is planned on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, Stadia and PC, with features such as crossplay and cross-progression between platforms planned. The release date for Skull and Bones had previously made the rounds of the internet as a leak – the date was confirmed with the announcement. The pirate adventure had to be postponed and relaunched several times, which is said to have already cost more than 120 million US dollars in development costs.
Free content for several years
Now Skull and Bones seems to be on the home straight. Signs of life did not appear until February, after which development was “progressing well”. In the course of announcing the release date, Ubisoft also announced that Skull and Bones over several years with additional content wanting to expand. Among other things, new content, activities, stories and challenges are promised regularly, which should be available to all players free of charge.
