LG OLED C1 55″

The best high-end TV in value for money on Prime Day 2022 is the 55-inch LG C1 (929 euros), which is reduced to 929.99 euros. It is the most popular OLED of 2021 and it is well deserved.

It does not reach the level of the Sony A90J, for example, but it is more off-road, and allows you to equally enjoy movies, series and video game consoles of the latest generation. LG has been on that path since 2019, and no one beats it globally when it comes to offering the most complete product possible.

If you are worried about buying a product from last year even if it is very low, you should know that the LG C2 hardly brings news to the C1, so it is more advisable to get this at this low price than to buy the new one. That’s how it is every year.”

“If I had to choose a TV as the main one to use at home, I am sure I would opt for the LG C1. Yes, it is true that it is a model from the previous year, which is very popular, but right now it is at a very competitive price and offers almost all the technologies that I can expect and that I can take advantage of and all together a more than interesting panel.

It also fits perfectly to the dimensions of the living room, so if I could this would be my first option when looking for a TV for home. And here I must say that it is the only model that would make me put aside Android TV… and that has merit.”

Philips 856 65″

“Since the 65” LG C1 is not on sale for Prime Day 2022, my recommendation in that size is the spectacular Philips 856 (1,499 euros). This manufacturer does spectacularly well by taking the panels that LG gives you and improve them in your own way.

It is, for example, one of the few models that allows you to play HDR, Dolby Vision and HDR10 +meaning you’ll see all content in the best possible dynamic range, rather than “just” basic HDR or Dolby Vision.

Finally, to say that if you like the look given by the LED strips on the back, you are in luck, because integrates Ambilight that gives you the most immersive lighting experiencewith LEDs that adapt to each thing that appears in the image.”

The Philips 65OLED856 is a TV for enter the OLED world through the front door with nothing less than 65 inches which has the Philips advanced system to control image retention.

It has Android TV, which allows us install and use most current streaming apps and services and the manufacturer has also paid special attention to the sound section, with a subwoofer system integrated under the casing. For 1499 euros euros it is quite a bargain.”

“The time has finally come when I can recommend an OLED for those who have little space. Until recently, the minimum was 55 inches. That changed a while ago with the arrival of LG’s 48-inch OLEDs. And now, at last, it’s at a more suitable price for what it offers.

The LG OLED 48A1 for 649 euros is a good buy if we want to enjoy the contrast and the blacks of this type of TV. It is true that the larger and newer models have a better refresh rate and a better image processor, but in terms of value for money this OLED is very good. Like I say, if you don’t have room for more than 48″, it’s probably one of the best options right now.”

Samsung Neo QLED QN90A 65″

“65 inches has become the standard size. Right now the difference with the 55″ ones is minimal and the 75″ ones are still a little inflated. In this range, a great offer is the Samsung Neo QLED 65QN90A for 1,129 euros.

We have a high-end miniLED TV. A great design, HDMI 2.1, HDR10 + and a maximum brightness of 2,000 nits that even the best OLEDs on the market could not dream of. if you are looking for a high-end TV and you don’t want to spend much more than 1,000 euros, this Samsung QN90 is a pretty safe bet.
