The 16-day PTR testing period for the upcoming Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls Patch 2.7.4 is now live, including the new seasonal theme that revolves around Angelic Crucibles (Eng. Here’s how you can participate

Step 3: On the Diablo IIIscreen, you will find a drop-down menu above the “Play” button (when you Diablo III currently not installed, you will find the “Install” button instead). From the PTR drop-down menu, select: Diablo III” before proceeding.

Step 4: You should now be able to install the patch and play.

The PTR is available in all supported languages ​​and accounts from all regions can participate.


PTR character copy

you can your current Diablo III-Copy characters from your normal account to the PTR. You can do this directly in the PTR client. However, only characters from one region can be copied per account. So if you subsequently copy characters from your account in another region, the previously copied PTR characters will be lost.

Step 1: Log into the game and then log out again.

Step 2: Log into the PTR client and create a character at level 1. After that, return to the character screen.

Step 3: Click the “PTR Copy” button in the top right corner. (This button only appears after you create a new character at level 1.)

Step 4: Choose your region.

Step 5: Click on “Copy”. This will copy all characters on your account in the selected region.

Step 6: Your connection to the PTR client will be disconnected.

Step 7: Log in again. Now you can play your copied characters.
