Update from May 26, 2021: the Availability of the RTX 3080 is still very bad. Since this is unlikely to change in the near future, we recommend that you take a look at the two upcoming graphics cards RTX 3070 Ti and RTX 3080 Ti that will most likely be presented by Nvidia during a keynote at Computex. The release of the two cards should therefore be in the first and second week of June occur.
