Resident Evil launches on Netflix today as Resi 2 Remake hits 10 million sales

There’s some news about Resident Evil today. On the one hand, this affects the new live-action series from Netflix.

You can watch the first season of it on the streaming service starting today.

A global apocalypse

The first season of Resident Evil consists of eight episodes, starring Lance Reddick (John Wick) and Ella Balinska (Charlie’s Angels).

Netflix summarizes the content as follows: “Years after a global apocalypse triggered by a virus, Jade Wesker seeks to hold those responsible to account and fights for survival against those infected.”
