A possible workaround for foliage that cannot be removed on dedicated servers is to restart and rejoin the server. Sometimes a very large distance from the area you spawn in will also result in foliage being able to be picked up again, both in the new area and the old area.

Resource satellites have a few different issues on dedicated servers, for example they may not work at all, the extractors may not work, or they work but produce nuclear waste instead of the correct resource, and it is not possible to interact with them . As of version 194290, you should be able to disassemble and reassemble the pressurizers and extractors on a resource satellite.
