Bringing things of all kinds to a high gloss is the declared goal of Square Enix’s “PowerWash Simulator”, which is now cleaning up the PC and Xbox properly. The publisher promises that relaxation and satisfaction are guaranteed.

According to Square Enix, the “delightfully enjoyable simulation game” takes gamers with a penchant for cleaning to the town of Muckingham, where appearances can be deceiving: an active volcano simmers nearby, the mayor’s cat has disappeared and everything is terribly dirty. So it’s high time to whip everything into shape with high pressure. Secrets eventually emerge from beneath the dirt, telling hidden stories of the places visited. “It’s like they say, wash it all out!” says Square Enix.
