MultiVersus: Open Beta launched in Early Access

Early access to the MultiVersus open beta has started. If you want to take part, you can now buy the Founder’s Pack.

Warner Bros. Games today announced that Early Access to the MultiVersus Open Beta is now available to all players who previously either participated in the MultiVersus Closed Alpha or purchased a code via Twitch drops have received.

Players can also gain early access to the open beta by purchasing MultiVersus’ Founder’s Pack, which unlocks various tiers of in-game content via Standard, Deluxe, and Premium editions.

Additionally, the MultiVersus Preseason Battle Pass is also available now, allowing players to complete challenges and unlock rewards. The Battle Pass provides a free option as well as a premium option that can be unlocked through an in-game purchase.

The Preseason Battle Pass is available now through August 8th, after which it will be replaced by the Season 1 Battle Pass on August 9th. All game progression and rewards unlocked during the early access period will be carried over to the open beta on July 26th and will be available in the full game thereafter.

About the game: MultiVersus is a new free-to-play platform combat video game that introduces a 2v2 team-based format and combines this with an all-star squad of legendary characters. Players can look forward to characters such as Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman and Harley Quinn (DC); Shaggy and Velma (Scooby-Doo); Bugs Bunny and the Tasmanian Devil aka Taz (Looney Tunes); Arya Stark (Game of Thrones); Tom and Jerry; dog Jake and Finn (Adventure Time); Steven Universe and Garnet (Steven Universe); Giant from Space (The Giant from Space), a special new character called Reindeer Dog, and many more to come.

The MultiVersus open beta will be available on July 26, 2022 for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 consoles, Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One consoles, and PC.
