Stray is currently getting absolute dream ratings, but real four-legged friends also seem to be at least very fascinated by the cat game.
Stray is hugely popular, not just with humans, but with their cats too. At least they often react very strongly to the PS4/PS5 and PC game with the cat, resulting in many, many very amusing videos. In fact, it’s getting to such proportions that they’ve set up a dedicated Twitter account dedicated solely to footage of cats looking at Stray – and what it does to them.
Apparently cats love Stray too, not just humans
What’s the matter? Um Stray: The PS Plus Extra and Premium Game is winning hearts right now. It rains positive reviews and enthusiastic voices from fans. The cyberpunk title full of robots in which we play a cat was the most requested title on Steam until yesterday, now it’s here and it’s also delighting everyone with a PS5. And their cats.

Stray really is one of the most beautiful games of the year – and it’s really good too
Cats love Stray: Well, actually we don’t know what the four-legged friends actually think about the cat game in real life. But it certainly looks remarkable and interesting how many of the real animals react to what’s happening on screen. Apparently, the depiction of the virtual cat seems to be so successful that it can be clearly identified as one of its own kind.
This ensures that many cats are at least very interested when they notice that there is a cat up to mischief in Stray – or actually just nice, takes a nap, meows a little, scratches and throws things down. just cat things.

Especially the meowing seems to fascinate this cat named Dottie here. She probably doesn’t really understand how the button press on the controller is related to the noise, but she definitely seems interested. Sleeping together purring is probably also great. Extremely cute to look at:

This video also fits fantastically here, even if the cat in real life seems rather unimpressed by the one on TV. Of course, the whole thing looks great nonetheless:
