Two new Halo Infinite gameplay videos showcase the power of Forge mode.

While some players are looking forward to the upcoming co-op function for the Halo Infinite campaign, others are waiting to finally fuel the forge with their creative ideas.

The YouTuber Helioskrub has now shared two videos from a build of Forge mode and shows what possibilities players will have.

As seen in the first video, windows can be barricaded similar to those in Call of Duty’s Zombies mode.

In the video it says:

“The player can barricade the windows by interacting with them. Attacking zombies can also break through the barriers by interacting with them. The whole setup is very easy thanks to Halo Infinite’s improved forge.”

“The pointers are used to determine the final position/rotation of the boards when a human player interacts with the hidden terminal. The knot graph is also very simple. The upper part builds the barriers when a human intervenes. The lower part resets them to their original position if a zombie tries to breach them.”

The second video also shows similarities with the Zombies mode. Because apparently Pack-a-Punch machines can also be set up and programmed.

“Pack-a-Punch can transform common weapons into their campaign counterparts. If you wanted, each weapon could have a corresponding “PAPd” version. I used the weapon combo feature to turn the Commando into a SPAZ-24.”

343 Industries has not yet announced when the forge in Halo Infinite will open.
