WoW WoLK Classic: Release date in September is officially confirmed

After a leak, it’s now official: The release date of Wrath of the Lich King for WoW Classic is September 26, 2022. A short trailer should make you excited about the upcoming expansion.

When is the release? Like Blizzard in one tweet and one slightly longer blog post revealed that WotLK Classic will be released on September 26th. So you now have almost exactly 2 months to prepare for the release.

In preparation, you’re currently getting 50% bonus experience in Burning Crusade Classic. By the way, TBC will be shut down when WotLK is released and will no longer be available, at least for the time being. Unlike Classic, there will be no “BC Era” servers.
