Logitech G relies on a refreshingly different look for new gaming accessories

Who says gaming accessories always have to be black? The new Aurora Collection from Logitech G shows that there is another way. Headsets, gaming mice, keyboards and microphones in a fresh, white design were designed with a focus on previously underrepresented groups of “gamers”.

“Much of the gaming industry shows a consistent look, but that doesn’t reflect the wide range of gamers who are expressing themselves and enjoying gaming,” said Ujesh Desai, vice president and general manager of Logitech G at launch the Aurora Collection. According to the manufacturer’s press release, the new series of gaming accessories was designed based on feedback from gamers from the entire community and should also meet the wishes of previously underrepresented groups. Gaming should become more inclusive.

During the design process, Logitech-G considered three principles: comfort, accessibility and playfulness. For example, it was taken into account that headsets should also fit comfortably with long hair, glasses and earrings. In addition, the softer colors and soothing lighting should provide a more inviting gaming experience than the previously dominant design language with dark colors and sharp edges.

The Aurora Collection includes the following accessories:

• Wireless gaming headset G735 with a white mist finish and RGB lighting, which is also suitable for smaller head sizes and offers up to 56 hours of battery life
• Mechanical gaming keyboards G715 and G713both wireless, with a quiet keystroke and high key performance as well as up to 25 hours of battery life
• Wireless gaming mouse G705 specially designed for smaller hands and with an easily accessible DPI button
• Other gaming accessories such as a cloud-shaped wrist rest, cable tags, a heart-shaped carrying case, ear pads, boom mics, keyboard toppers, key pullers and brushes, and mouse pads

Special edition of the Blue Yeti microphone

The Blue Yeti USB microphone is also available in two new colors for gaming streams with a fresh look. The special editions are available in either Pink Dawn or White Mist and come with exclusive stream overlays from Streamlabs, which you can use for your streams on Twitch, YouTube and Facebook.

All products in the Logitech G Aurora Collection are available now. The prices are 229.99 euros for the gaming headset, 199.99 euros or 169.99 euros for the gaming keyboards, 99.99 euros for the gaming mouse and 139.99 euros for the special edition of the Blue Yeti -Microphones.
