Deepcool LE Marrs: New AiO Wakus should be good and cheap

from Norman Wittkopf
The Chinese manufacturer Deepcool is attacking the low price segment of all-in-one compact water cooling with two models from the new LE Marrs series.

After Deepcool had recently introduced new AiO compact water cooling systems from the LS series for the middle price segment, the LE300 and LE500 from the new Marrs series are two entry-level models that, according to the announcement, “offer an exceptional price-performance ratio”. should offer.

The new AiO-Waküs should therefore be characterized by static, green LED lighting with the manufacturer’s logo as well as “advanced cooling performance” and the in-house anti-leak technology with automatic pressure compensation. According to the press release, a “large copper cooling plate” and an “efficient micro-channel layout for optimal cooling performance” are used, with the LE300 (120 mm) keeping processors up to 180 watts in check, while the larger LE500 (240 mm) up to 220 watts supported.

According to Deepcool, the low profile of the water pumps should ensure better compatibility with Mini-ITX systems without sacrificing cooling performance. Meanwhile, the fans used in the LE series, with a dynamic PWM range of 500 to 2,250 rpm, are said to deliver up to 85.85 CFM in airflow and a static pressure of up to 3.27 mmAq, while keeping noise levels to a minimum to reduce. The installation should meanwhile be easy thanks to the newly designed mounting clamps, with the Intel sockets LGA 1700/1200/1151/1150/1155 and AM5 or AM4 being supported by AMD. On top of that, there is a three-year manufacturer’s guarantee.
