Pokémon GO brings new Shiny, but only a select few can catch it

There will soon be a new Shiny to catch in Pokémon GO. But trainers will have to work really hard to get it.

Taipei – There are already over 800 Pokémon to catch in Pokémon GO, and new ones are being added all the time. Because the latest editions of the main series have not yet made it into the Niantic game. In addition, the developer does not immediately release all the monsters of a generation, but gradually brings new monsters into play. Shinys are also usually introduced separately into the game. There will be a new shiny in Pokémon GO soon, but not all trainers will be able to catch it.

Pokémon GO: New Shiny is coming – fans have to work hard for it

This new shiny is coming: Only recently, trainers could look forward to a batch of new monsters. With the Hisui discoveries, several new Pokémon appeared in Pokémon GO. However, the associated Shinys have not yet appeared in the game. But soon fans will finally get a brand new Shiny. As Niantic announced on the official Pokémon GO Blog, the water Pokémon Finneon and the further development Lumineon will soon be available as Shiny.

How to get it: In order to catch Shiny Finneon and Lumineon, however, Pokémon GO trainers have to take on a lot. The new Shiny will be introduced in Pokémon GO for the Safari Zone in October. However, this only takes place in Taipei – in Taiwan. So, in order to catch Shiny Finneon and evolve it into Shiny Lumineon, Trainers need to fly to Taiwan and buy Safari Zone tickets. For all other trainers, the Shiny cannot be caught for the time being.

Then the safari zone takes place: Anyone who wanted to go to Taiwan anyway can now take advantage of the October safari zone and book a trip to the island. Taipei Safari Zone will be held on October 21-23. It is not yet known how much the tickets to the safari zone will cost. A ticket to the Pokémon GO Safari Zone in Seville cost €26 if you wanted to use the entire event period.
