On September 2nd, the latest superhero thriller “The Batman” will start on Sky with a normal subscription. There are no additional purchase or rental costs. It can also be accessed as a VoD streaming service.

The unusually darkly composed fantasy film from the DC hero universe presents Robert Pattinson in the leading role for the first time. Actor and director (Matt Reeves) were well received in Germany, the film is one of the most successful cinema events of the year. But as with James Bond, Sky is not content with the current blockbuster.

At the same time, the TV channel “Sky Cinema DC Heroes” will be launched, presenting the 20 most recent Batman films around the clock. There are classics by director Tim Burton, the quite realistic trilogy by Christopher Nolan, as well as two of Zack Snyder’s most recent fantasy spectacles, in which Batman is part of the DC hero crew.

The channel will be available on Sky from September 1st to 11th.
