Field research on bug crawling – all quests for the event
In Pokémon GO the big bug crawling is running. There will also be exclusive field research for the event. We show you all new quests.
San Francisco – Various themed events are held regularly in Pokémon GO. Like almost every year, the big beetle crawl is currently running – an event in honor of the beetle Pokémon. There is also special field research for the event, which is only available for beetle crawling. We’ll tell you which quests are worthwhile and have good rewards in store.

Pokémon GO: Field research on bug crawling – these quests are there
Then the event runs: Beetle Crawling is running in Pokémon GO, introducing three new Pokémon and bringing trainers a new Mega Pokémon. Trainers will not only be able to catch Mabula with its two advancements, but also be able to develop Scizor into Mega Scizor. The event starts on August 10 at 10 a.m. and ends on August 16 at 8 p.m. So players have almost a week to complete all field research and collect the rewards.
There are these field researches: The event is all about Bug Pokémon, as the name suggests. In addition to event-exclusive field research, there is also limited research to solve for the Pokémon GO bug crawling. This is a catching challenge and trainers also have to prove their catching skills in the field research on beetle crawling. There are many tasks in which players have to throw (and of course hit) in a certain way.

This field research is worthwhile: With so many tasks, it’s not that easy to find out which quests are worthwhile and which ones can be deleted. In any case, trainers should take the task with rice louse and araqua with them. The two Pokémon have only been in the game for a short time, and Rice Louse needs a lot of Candy to evolve. You should also take the quest with Mabula with you, after all the monster is brand new to the game.
If you’re on the hunt for Shinys, you shouldn’t miss Schnuthelm and Laukaps. The two Pokémon have only recently been caught as Shiny in Pokémon GO. So most players will probably not have these shinys.
