Publisher Electronic Arts likes to market FIFA 23 as the “best FIFA of all time”. After all, the football simulation should be a worthy conclusion to the series before the virtual game continues next year under the name EA Sports FC. Despite new gameplay features, crossplay, World Cup modes and women’s football, editor David Benke is not sure whether FIFA 23 will really live up to his early praise.
