The Heco Aurora 200 P: A little universal genius
All-rounder shelf box
The shelf speaker is self-sufficient: As an active loudspeaker with its own amplifier, the new Aurora 200 P from Heco is a real all-rounder.
News
With the Aurora 200 P shelf box, box specialist Heco is launching a compact, powerful all-rounder on the market. Its independence is commendable: as an active loudspeaker, it brings its amplifier with it and thus separates itself from the otherwise necessary connection path.
The class D amplifier impresses with 35 watts of continuous power and 70 watts of peak power. Despite being independent, the Aurora 200 P enters into a variety of relationships. Bluetooth, HDMI and optical input ensure the digital contacts, cinch and jack make it on the analog tour.
However, the #1 relationship remains the partner box. The two are permanently linked by cable: one loudspeaker receives the signals from the player, the other forwards them. So the pair is ready for all occasions – as amplification for the TV, as a stereo system or as a Bluetooth speaker.
The duo is available for 749 euros.
