The Free2Play MMORPG Tower of Fantasy was launched last week on the PC and the mobile operating systems iOS and Android. Concentration on PC and mobile

There are quite a few who are currently asking themselves the question: will Tower of Fantasy also come for the consoles, i.e. PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch? The official Twitter channel, on which exactly this question was asked, provided an answer some time ago. There it says:

“There is currently no plan to release the game on consoles in the near future as we are currently only focused on PC & Mobile for this global release. […]”

The developers of Perfect World are thus ruling out a release in the foreseeable future, but they are still leaving a back door open with the “currently”.

Tower of Fantasy is a Free2Play MMORPG that, at first glance, is quite reminiscent of the successful Genshin Impact title due to its graphic style. Unlike there, Tower of Fantasy has a “real” divided world in which all players are on the move at the same time.

The story takes place on the planet Ada and lets you freely explore an open game world. There are no fixed classes, the equipment of your character is decisive for your own orientation. In addition to the obligatory fights, Tower of Fantasy also has a gacha (i.e. lottery-like) system for the weapons in the endgame, various dungeons and opportunities for PvP.
