Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed: In October it will be scary before Halloween

Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed will be released just in time for Halloween, even a little earlier.

Developer IllFonic has confirmed October 18, 2022 as the release date for Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed, the game will be released for PC, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.

Cooperative ghost hunt

Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed is a cooperative multiplayer game in which up to four ghost hunters try to track down and capture a ghost.

The ghost is also controlled by a player and has all sorts of tricks up its sleeve to avoid detection and the ghost trap.

You can play with friends on the one hand and with random squads on the other hand via the matchmaking system. The use of AI bots is also possible and there is also a solo mode.

However, your gear can be customized to allow for some personalization.
