All you have to do is open your current game for multiplayer. Your guests act as employees in your own company, which means that the host earns money for his company, while the work colleagues each earn a share for their personal score. The degree of difficulty of the construction contracts and the distribution of tasks can be freely selected, because which entrepreneur would want to be responsible for employees who are under or overwhelmed.
