Dead Island 2: New trailer and release date for the zombie game

Dead Island 2 was presented again at Gamescom and given a release date.

With the past six years flying by since the last Dead Island 2 trailer, it’s time for a fresh look at the zombie game.

Publisher Deep Silver and developer Dambuster Studios present Dead Island 2 again after a more than turbulent development.

“You’ve been bitten and infected, but fitter than ever. Learn how to control the virus coursing through your veins while giving LA a fresh (rather red) paint job, embellishing it with zombie guts, while uncovering the plot behind the epidemic and discovering who – or what – you are. And stay alive if possible. Slash, bomb and blast your way through the terrifying streets of the City of Angels and dispose of any undead that ail you. The fate of the city – and of all humanity – lies in your infected hands. Just no pressure.”

Dead Island 2 will be released for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and PC on February 3, 2023.
