Games Aktuell Podcast 730: The Gamescom 2022 + ONL Show

This week is of course – how could it be otherwise – the focus of Gamescom 2022. Our favorite podcast host Matthias Dammes is on site with a team in Cologne to bag exciting new announcements and previews. There are extremely exciting topics such as the Bloodborne-like Lies of P, the comeback of the real-time strategy Tempest Rising and many more (Dead Island 2, Alone in the Dark, Park Beyond & Co.). Co-moderator Maci Naeem Cheema has therefore brought some of those left behind to the podcast. Completed by online editor-in-chief Katharina Pache and print boss Sascha Lohmüller, the trio chats about this year’s Gamescom, the expectations of the industry and many other aspects of the Cologne trade fair. But of course it’s also about the Gamescom Opening Night packed with world premieres, which was moderated by “The Game Awards” host Geoff Keighley.
