After Niantic celebrated the GO Fest this year in a particularly extensive way and there had already been 3 live events in addition to a global event weekend in June, the final event should now be the grand finale. When does the GO Fest final start? The Closing Event starts on Saturday, August 27, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. local time. The final then runs for a total of 8 hours until it finally ends at 18:00 local time.

Can you only play with a ticket? No, the final event can basically be used by all trainers. However, the content differs. If you play with a ticket, you can benefit from additional spawns and bonuses. But there will also be a lot of content for trainers who don’t want to buy a ticket.

Where can you get a ticket? Above all, trainers who bought an event ticket for the global GO Fest in June can now breathe a sigh of relief, because the ticket content of the final event is already included in it. So you don’t have to buy a new ticket.

For everyone else, the ticket is available for purchase in the in-game shop under the category “Worldwide Events” for around 11 euros, depending on which provider you use.

You can also have tickets given to you by friends or give them away yourself. All you have to do is reach Super Friends status. If you also have a valid ticket for the final yourself, the ticket for your friend will only cost you 5.49 euros. However, this discounted gift is limited to a maximum of 3 tickets.

Do all monsters spawn at the same time? No, as you already know from other major events in Pokémon GO, there will also be 4 different habitats for the GO Fest finale in which different spawns will be found. In the following overview we show you when which habitat is running:
