AOC and the design brand of car manufacturer Porsche, Porsche Design, have jointly launched a new monitor. This is the Agon Pro PD27S, which comes with QHD, 170 Hz and DisplayHDR 400, among other things.

Porsche Design has launched a new monitor in collaboration with AOC. This joins the two monitor options already available – also from AOC – in the online shop of the actual car manufacturer, which also offers various lifestyle and technology products in the style of its own car brand.

The Porsche Design AOC Agon Pro PD27S, which has now been added to the range, is the second 27-inch model in the current Porsche Design product portfolio. In addition, there is the model simply called Agon 27″ and the more or less smaller variant of the Porsche Design Agon PD32M, which is still available. From a technical point of view, the monitor offers a QHD resolution and thus 2,560 × 1,440 pixels at a refresh rate of 170 Hz. The color space coverage is specified as 95 percent DCI-P3 and 99 percent sRGB, while there is also a DisplayHDR 400 certification. Optionally, users can fall back on two integrated loudspeakers with an output of 5 watts. The monitor is also certified according to the DTS sound standard.

In terms of interfaces, there are a total of two HDMI 2.0 ports, one Displayport 1.4 and four USB 3.2 along with ports for microphone and headphones. The Porsche Design AOC Agon PD27S is now available in-house, among other places Porsche online shop. The recommended retail price of 499 euros is called there.
