Xbox Series X: Microsoft reaches 300,000 consoles sold in Japan

Activision Blizzard: Phil Spencer pleased with acquisition progress

Microsoft sells 300,000 Xbox Series X/S consoles in Japan, celebrating another tiny milestone in Japan.

That Microsoft has always had a difficult time in Japan is an open secret and every single console sold in the land of the rising sun seems to deserve a little applause given this difficult situation.

Now the Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S together have reached a small milestone in Japan: 300,000 consoles sold. Of course, that’s still far from the competition, but it’s a small success for Microsoft and Xbox.

Famitsu has now revealed the hardware sales from August 15th to 21st, 2022, with this small milestone being announced.
