Tactics Ogre: Reborn shows new trailer that highlights its elements and divine protection system
Square Enix has released a new short trailer to highlight one of the features of Tactics Ogre: Reborn. The trailer was released on the official Square Enix Twitter account.
The focus of this trailer is the concept of Elements and Divine Protection in Tactics Ogre: Reborn. The game features eight elements, and the protagonist Denam’s element is established by choosing a god that appears in the Xytegenia mythos during character creation.
Tactics Ogre: Reborn was officially announced in August. It is based on the PlayStation Portable version of Tactics Ogre from 2010, and will feature fully voiced scenes in English and Japanese, and re-recorded music.
Other improvements coming to the game include faster battles, auto-save, and the ability to change controls and UI. The AI is also getting a makeover, and enemies will now adapt their tactics. The game will also feature a new leveling system that works unit by unit instead of the PSP version’s class-wide leveling.
Tactics Ogre: Reborn It’s coming to PC, PS4, PS5, and Nintendo Switch on November 11.
