Assassin's Creed: Codename Jade for smartphones lets you explore China

Ubisoft has announced a brand new mobile game for the series at its Assassin’s Creed Showcase.

It is currently still called “Codename Jade” and should appear “soon”.

What awaits us in Codename Jade?

According to Ubisoft, the new mobile game offers the same features that you would expect in a normal Assassin’s Creed.

That means you have the familiar gameplay in an open world environment, in this case that’s China. And yes, you can also climb the Great Wall of China via parkour.

For the first time in the series, you have the opportunity to create your own character as the protagonist. And of course the controls are optimized for touch operation.

Much more information about Codename Jade is currently not available.

Apart from that, Ubisoft confirmed that they are working on another mobile game for Assassin’s Creed for Netflix. There are no details about this yet.
