Victory in the Prime League – RCADIA house team wins in Berlin
It’s done the Unicorns of Love have won the Prime League. The team based in RCADIA was able to secure victory in Berlin.
Berlin – The Strauss Prime League has held an offline final for the first time. The Unicorns of Love, who had to play against Schalke 04 Esports in the last match, were also part of the party. The fierce battle between unicorns and miners in League of Legends can now be seen on the RCADIA and Unicorns of Love channels.
Unicorns of Love win Prime League – Schalke 04 Esports fights desperately
What happened? The final of the Strauss Prime League took place on August 20th. For the first time, the encounter was held as an offline event in Berlin with a live audience. The hot favorites for the e-sports match were the Unicorns of Love. But the opponent was not to be underestimated either. Before Schalke 04 Esports kicked out jungler Isma after the final for flaming, the team fought their way through the play-offs impressively.
How did the final go? In the first two games of the best-of-5 format, the Unicorns of Love overran Schalke harder than an unbraked lorry in the miners’ shaft. The RCADIA team didn’t give the Gelsenkircheners a chance. However, the Royal Blues fought back in game three and reduced the lead to 2-1. The fourth game was also hard fought, but was ultimately decided by a strong performance by Unicorns ADC Shiganari. This is what’s next: Next up for the Unicorns of Love are the EU Masters Summer 2022. The tournament is already in full swing and the team qualified for the quarterfinals on September 18th at 5pm. On the other hand, things are going less well for a team in a smaller tournament. A LoL player is said to have cheated his way into the final of the Prime Super Cup OQ1.
