Paradox Interactive recently announced that the sci-fi city building game Stardeus as part of the Paradox Arc Publishing initiative in partnership with the Solo developer Kodo Linija is published from Lithuania. Stardeus, a sci-fi base building and colony simulation game, will be released in Early Access on October 12th, 2022 on all PC platforms. A demo of Stardeus is already available on Steam for download available for Windows, MacOS and Linux PCs and you can add the game to your wish list.

Stardeus is a sci-fi colony management simulator with aspects of automation, base building and space exploration. As a new AI tasked with building and managing a massive spaceship, you must oversee robots, drones and humans who are in turn responsible for building and maintaining the mobile colony. At the same time, it is necessary to react to all problems that can arise from external catastrophes or the unreliability of the strong-willed colonists. Machines and resources must be manufactured, production chains automated, energy and oxygen managed, and finally flown to the stars to explore new planets, engage in trade and fend off attackers.

Stardeus is designed to offer emergent storytelling using an in-game story generator, has mod support and numerous customization options, and is being developed in close collaboration with the game’s community. This is intended to continuously add new options and features.
