Twitch restricts casino streams, the gambling streamers don’t like that at all, they speak of corruption. MontanaBlack shares opinion on Twitter.

Buxtehude – A few years ago, MontanaBlack was still a big gambler on Twitch. His success had him on Daddy State’s radar more and more, so Monte retired from his career as a casino streamer. With the upcoming casino ban on Twitch, the question arises as to what MontanaBlack thinks about the developments – the German star streamer never seemed completely averse to gambling. Although MontanaBlack is holding back, he couldn’t resist a small reaction.

MontanaBlack: Twitch Casino Ban – Squads with Trainwreck

What happened? On September 20th, Twitch announced that it would be severely restricting casino streams starting October 18th. The casino ban on Twitch has been making waves in the streaming community ever since. While opponents of gaming content rejoice over the rules reform, some of the biggest casino streamers on the platform are pissed off. This includes TrainwrecksTV – or Trainwreck for short. MontanaBlack paid a visit to the Twitch Casino Olympus and it’s safe to assume that he and Trainwreck have a good relationship.

That thinks Trainwreck: Trainwreck, who has already won 12 million in one fell swoop on casino streams, has lashed out at the platform on Twitter over the new gambling rule. In a series of tweets, the 31-year-old American says that Twitch is corrupt. Also the “virtuous“ Streamers get a rebuff from Trainwreck. They are being hypocritical because while they support a ban on gambling, they are now silent when it comes to sports betting, which will remain legal. The US streamer believes that gambling content should not be banned in general, but individual streamers who are reckless with their fans. We have included one of the tweets from TrainwrecksTV for you here.

According to Trainwreck, Twitch’s corruption is due to a deal between Amazon and sports betting provider DraftKings. That’s the said NFL deal cookie jar Trainwreck is talking about. On September 13th announced DraftKingsto become a Thursday Night Football sponsor and pre-game odds provider with direct integration into Prime Video. Although this does not explicitly affect Twitch, Amazon is the parent company of the streaming platform, so it can be assumed that there will also be a lot for Twitch.

What does this have to do with MontanaBlack? MontanaBlack retweeted the tweet embedded above and thus clearly sides with Trainwreck. Although he hasn’t said anything about the new developments on Twitch himself, one can imagine that MontanaBlack is not particularly enthusiastic about the casino ban on Twitch either. MontanaBlack has always been very open to gambling and considered emigrating for a while to continue showing casino content.

MontanaBlack: There is no statement on the casino ban – the streamer is keeping quiet

This is what MontanaBlack currently does: Currently, MontanaBlack dabbles a lot of Rumbleverse on Twitch and rarely dips into the drama happening around him. Admittedly, one has to grasp at straws when waiting for his reaction to the casino ban – however, MontanaBlack made its position clear with the Trainwreck retweet. Whether he just wants to support a friend, or whether he himself thinks that Twitch is corrupt, will be seen when MontanaBlack talks about the rule reform for casino streams.

But MontanaBlack’s counterattack against Böhmermann also shows that Monte doesn’t see the responsibility with the casino streamers – everyone is responsible for themselves. MontanaBlack no longer shows gambling on Twitch itself, so the new rules shouldn’t really interest him at all. However, there is another development that makes MontanaBlack turn up its nose. Twitch pays star streamers less and Trymacs is also completely outraged by this change.
