A Plague Tale: Requiem: Story trailer takes Hugo and Amicia into unfamiliar territory

Activision Blizzard: Phil Spencer pleased with acquisition progress

The story trailer for A Plague Tale: Requiem takes the de Runes siblings into unfamiliar territory.

Asobo Studio and Focus Entertainment today bring you the game’s story trailer, revealing new details about the game’s narrative elements.

New challenges

Amicia and Hugo are on a quest to a mysterious island, hoping to find a way to break the curse spreading through Hugo’s blood. On their quest, they must rely on the help of those they meet along the arduous path.

In the foreign regions, the young De Runes can hardly make it on their own… but how much can you really trust strangers? The answers seem as uncertain as the island’s deceptive yet terrifying beauty.

Cooperation with NVIDIA for PC version

PC gamers can expect a visually stunning journey, too, powered by NVIDIA RTX, the most advanced platform for ray tracing and AI technology. A Plague Tale: Requiem will feature NVIDIA’s innovative DLSS 3 technology from launch, and DLSS 2 will also be supported.

A Plague Tale: Requiem will be released on October 18th for Xbox Series X|S. Xbox Game Pass subscribers can also play the sequel to A Plague Tale: Innocence as part of their membership on console, PC or via cloud from day one.
