Pokémon Go: Stars of Evolution – Cosmovum and Collector Challenges

In Pokémon Go it says after the imminent end of Fashion Week 2022 (grab some more Garstella and Coiffwaff!) the next event on the agenda: Stars of Development, which will start on October 5th, 2022. The event focuses on the Cosmog development Cosmovum and at this point an important note that the people from Niantic have already issued: “Don’t hesitate to evolve your only Cosmog either, as there are rumors that you may encounter more Cosmog in the distant future.“So far, there’s only one Cosmog in the collections of Pokémon Go fans that you’ve heard about the Special Research “A Cosmic Companion” can get hold of.

Stars of development in October 2022

Stars of Development starts on October 5, 2022 at 10:00 local time and ends on October 11, 2022 at 20:00 local time. In time will be the next Steps of “A Cosmic Companion” unlocked that revolve around the evolution of Cosmog into Cosmovum. Cosmog can be developed into Cosmovum for 25 candies and the developers at Niantic expressly point out that you don’t have to hesitate to develop Cosmog, because in the future you should be able to get hold of at least one more Cosmog.

The following Pokémon appear more frequently in the wild and in raids. We have marked the pocket monsters, which you can get lucky as Shiny, with (+).

• In the wild, Kokuna, Tauboga, Quaputzi, Kadabra, Alpollo, Rihorn (+), Seamon, Scyther (+), Eevee (+), Squeaky (+), Trasla (+), Dusk (+), Zapplardin, Lichtel and eguana

Appear in the raids

  • Flegmon (+), Oniy (+), Scyther (+). Porygon (+), Suncore (+)
• Tier 3 Raids
• Tier 5 Raids
  • Xerneas (+), Yveltal (+) (Yveltal will be released until October 8th, Xerneas then from October 8th, 2022)
• Mega Raids
  • Mega Voltenso (+) and mega slacker (+) (Mega-Schlapor will be released until October 8th, Mega-Voltenso from October 8th, 2022)

Only Pokémon that have 1500 CP or less and that have already evolved and can evolve again, such as Bisaknosp (because it evolved from Bulbasaur and can still evolve into Venusaur), are allowed to participate in the Evolution Cup in Battle League.

Four collector challenges

During the event, you can expect four collector’s challenges that you can complete to get some development items. We’ll tell you which Pokémon to get hold of for the Collector’s Challenges when we have the official details – we’ll update this Evolution Stars guide when we do.
