First sign of life from Legacy of Kain – can we expect a remake?

Legacy of Cain is a game series that was particularly popular with gamers of the first PlayStation generation. With Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain or Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver Silicon Knights and Crystal Dynamics have laid a strong foundation for a promising franchise.

But to the chagrin of many fans, the series has gotten a little dusty over the years, to say the least. the beta of the multiplayer title nosgoth was pretty much the last media asset we saw from the series in 2015 before the servers shut down a year later.

But actually the game series has died out since the last real part that reads there Legacy of Cain: Defiance.

It was a solid attempt at storytelling Raziel and Cain as well as combining the game elements from the two games running in parallel into one. But in the end, Defiance’s numbers weren’t enough, so the name was shelved.

Legacy of Kain – can we expect a remake?
