Nintendo Direct scheduled for October 6 and will focus on the Super Mario Bros.

In recent years there has been a great boom in video game IPs that are adapted to the cinema. This has generated interest in users, and one of the next biggest projects is without a doubt, the movie of Super Mario Bros.

Nintendo has set up a Direct presentation focused solely on the upcoming Super Mario Bros. animated film, which is being made in collaboration with the animation studio Illumination. The direct showing is scheduled for October 6 at 1:05 PM PT, and will feature the film’s world premiere trailer. Nintendo also clarifies that no information about the upcoming games will be revealed, in case you are waiting for it.

Super Mario Bros. The film stars Chris Pratt as Mario, Charlie Day as Luigi, Anya-Taylor Joy as Princess Peach, Jack Black as Toad, Keegan-Michael Key as Toad, Seth Rogen as Donkey Kong, and Fred Armisen as Cranky Kong.
