Pokemon Go in-game shop prices to increase later this week

Niantic is responding to the rising prices in Apple’s App Store by raising prices in the in-game shops of Pokémon Go, Ingress and Pikmin Bloom itself.

The changes are already coming on October 5th, so don’t be surprised if you see higher prices in the shops this week.

Where are the prices adjusted?

Territories in which the euro is the currency are among those affected by the price increases.

“This update is due to changes in App Store pricing tiers”, announces Niantic. “We will make similar changes on other mobile platforms as well.”
