Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is getting next-gen treatment and more story arc DLC in January.

Bandai Namco Entertainment brings Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot to Xbox Series X|S and Playstation 5. On consoles, the action role-playing game will experience improved graphics, faster loading times and better performance including 60 FPS.

With a trailer, the date for the release of the next-gen version has now been set for January 13, 2023. It also shows first comparisons between the old and new versions of the game.

Those who already own the game for Xbox One or PlayStation 5 will receive a free next-gen upgrade.

In addition to the upgrade, fans can also look forward to a fourth DLC part for Season Pass 2. It contains three DLCs that add new story arcs to the game. With Bardock: Alone Against Fate, the name of the first is already known.
