Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor Martyr: Ultimate Edition delivers next-gen features
Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Ultimate Edition will be released on October 27, 2022 with some next-gen features.
NACON and the development studio NeocoreGames announce that Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Ultimate Edition will be released on October 27, 2022 for Playstation 5 and Xbox Series S|X, including new next-gen features and all 25 previously released DLCs.
New next-gen features include:
- Native 4k support
- Higher resolution textures
- Improved Physics
- Cross-gen multiplayer modes
- Full DualSense controller support on Playstation 5
Announced back in 2021, the new playable class will come as DLC at a later date. The new character class – an Inquisitor of the Adepta Sororitas faction – also brings new class mechanics and item types to Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr.
Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr, the first action role-playing game set in the Warhammer 40,000 universe, offers both fast-paced and tactical combat with multiple classes of the Inquisition submitting to the Emperor’s will.
From destructible environments and a cover-based combat system to skill trees and a wide range of vehicles and weapons, the game offers a special experience. The game is also set in a persistent universe that offers great replay value thanks to its size and a procedurally generated mission system.
Fans can destroy chaos as a crusader, summon deadly constructs as a tech adept, hunt down vile creatures with cunning and dexterity as an assassin, or fight fire with fire as a psyker. In single player, two-player local co-op (exclusive to consoles), or online multiplayer, enforce the will of the Emperor and cleanse the darkest corners of the Empire of heresy.
Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Ultimate Edition will be available in stores on October 27, 2022 for Playstation 5 and Xbox Series S|X.
