Billy The Puppet, Chucky, Leatherface and Sam Arrive at Rocket League’s Haunted Hallows Event

Psyonix, the San Diego video game developer, announces that iconic horror villains: Billy The Puppet, Chucky, Leatherface and Sam will take Rocket League to star in the annual event “Haunted Hallows” starting October 19. This year’s “Haunted Hallows” event will include new gameplay challenges with horror villain-themed items, a collection of terrifying new content in the item shop, a spooky new arena variant, two limited-time modes ( LTM) and golden pumpkins.

The content that will be included throughout Haunted Hallows will be:

• New Haunted Hallows Event Challenges – Players will be able to complete Challenges to unlock iconic horror villain themed items such as: Billy the Puppet Sticker, Jigsaw Blade Wheels, Chucky Doll Sticker, Wheel of Good Guys, Mask Leatherface, Leatherface’s Chainsaw Wheel, Trick Decal, and Sam’s Treat Wheel. Additional challenge rewards will be Halloween-themed items and golden pumpkins (golden pumpkins will unlock items from the Velocity, Triumph, and Auriga series).
• Scary New Item Shop Content – Billy the Puppet’s Goal Explosion, Hello Zepp gamer anthem, Chucky’s Laugh gamer anthem, Leatherface’s Chainsaw gamer anthem, Trick or Treat gamer anthem (music by Douglas Pipes), the iconic Halloween theme from John Carpenter as a player anthem, and Muse’s song “You Make Me Feel Like It’s Halloween” as a player anthem will be available in the Item Shop throughout the event. Billy The Puppet’s Goal Blast will be priced at 800 credits, while player anthems will be priced at 300 credits each.
• Change of the Arena “The Farm (spooky)” – The Farm Arena is getting a spooky makeover for Haunted Hallows.
• Spooky Cube and Heatseeker Limited Time (LTM) – Super Cube, a wacky mode that plays with mutators and changes Rocket League’s top speed, bounce, and ball shape, will return as Spooky Cube; which adds a festive layer to the mode, as the cube-shaped ball is replaced with a Jack-o’-Lantern-shaped cube lantern. Additionally, the Heatseeker will also return for Haunted Hallows. Spooky Cube will be available from October 19 to 26, while Heatseeker will be available from October 26 to November 1.

Haunted Hallows will be available in Rocket League from October 19 to November 1. During the event, the Surviving Single Player Title will also be available for free in the Item Shop.
