Transport Fever 2: The logistics simulation ships on consoles

Transport Fever 2 has been available on the PC since 2019, and the Mac version followed in autumn 2020. Next stop for the simulation title? The consoles, of course, albeit with a little delay.

In February 2023, Transport Fever 2 will be released for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X | S appear. So, soon, long-distance delivery enthusiasts will be able to escort ships, planes, and trains from one location to the next on the consoles as well.

Transport Fever 2: Old gameplay, new graphics and controls

Because navigating these modes of transport is quite complex, the console version offers customized controls and user interface. Those responsible at publisher NACON and the Swiss developer studio Urban Games also promise prettied graphics, in which all vehicles from Transport Fever 2 are said to have been completely revised.

Just like on the PC, players must use the different means of transport, explore shipping routes on land, sea and air and climb to the top of the transport companies. Because Transport Fever 2 spans the period from 1850 to the present day, both cities and vehicles will change throughout the game, which of course requires action and reaction.

“We are very happy to be able to fulfill the community’s request and bring Transport Fever 2 to consoles. Our team is looking forward to seeing the Transport Fever 2 ecosystem continue to grow, and in NACON we have found the ideal partner for these next steps,” said Basil Weber, CEO of Urban Games.
