CD Projekt Red announces The Witcher Remake in Unreal Engine 5

CD Projekt Red has announced that a “complete remake” of the original The Witcher game has gone into production.

“And while it will be some time before we’re ready to share more about the game, I know it will be worth the wait.”

Earlier this month, CD Projekt outlined its development slate for the foreseeable future, including a sequel to Cyberpunk 2077, a new trilogy of Witcher games, Witcher spinoffs, and original IP.
