WoW: Community has a lot of fun because of the absurd Worgen bug!
The worgen people in WoW can fall back on two forms: big bad wolf and normal human. But the latter looks anything but normal right now when trying on armor – and that makes for great entertainment in the community!
Worgen from WoW have come a long way. Their original look is no longer available in the game, but in the meantime they have received a chic HD makeover and a few years ago the design of the two forms of this wolf race was finally done independently of each other. A bug now gives the worgen a “new look” that wasn’t intended and makes them look like bobbleheads. But most of all, players enjoy it until the developers hopefully fix the whole thing.
Worgen as a bobble-head figure: Bug in WoW is to blame
If you choose the human form of the Worgen character in WoW (buy now ) and then calls up the wardrobe with the armor sets from WoW, then an unintentionally funny sight arises: The game uses the armor scaling of the wolf form, which is why it is assumed that your human appearance has a huge head and shoulders. The result is impressive:
How is the community reacting to the Worgen bug?
However, players don’t find the bug really shocking or intolerable – in fact, it’s quite funny. Here are a few opinions from the community:
- “This is definitely a welcome bug and I hope it doesn’t get fixed lol”
- “Reminds me of the “Big Heads mode” from Ratchet and Clank lmao”
- “Doesn’t it look alright?”
- “The shoulders are still too small.”
- “Worgen Dwarfs Confirmed” – “A Bunch of Little Angry Chihuahuas”
- For a second I thought I saw a psycho from Borderlands. That looks hilarious.
But it probably won’t stay with the bobble-head bug. Worgen-form armor also looks fake to some players – human face textures are shown. Perfect spooky factor for Halloween!
Do you also play a worgen in WoW? Did you also notice these bugs? How bad do you think that is? A real debacle or a funny faux pas that will hopefully be fixed soon? Tell us what you think about the bobble-head worgen in the comments – we look forward to your input!
