Overwatch 2 will add a new hero Ramattra this December 6

Just over a month after its release, the free-to-play hero shooter from BlizzardEntertainment, overwatch 2, is nearing the release of its second season on December 6. Season 2 will of course bring a ton of new content, including a new playable hero. In the recent Grand Final of the Overwatch League, Blizzard revealed who that hero will be.

the next hero from Overwatch 2 will be Ramattra, a character who has been a part of the series’ lore since he first appeared in the original game’s Storm Rising event, and will finally be playable. Ramattra, who will be a tank-class character, is a former war hero who has “thrown his ammunition for a shield to protect the people from him by promoting peace and tranquility.” Blizzard describes his story as “one of hardship, trauma, and a magnified view of the harsh realities of humanity.”

Overwatch 2 is available on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
