FIFA 23: EA SPORTS presents the ultimate FIFA soundtrack

Electronic Arts today announces the ultimate FIFA soundtrack, curated in collaboration with Spotify after a full week of nominations from all corners of the world.

The Ultimate FIFA Soundtrack perfectly reflects world football and includes an unprecedented 100 songs from all FIFA titles of the last 25 years.

Of the 100 songs released on Spotify, the 40 most-streamed songs will make a comeback in EA SPORTS FIFA 23 for the release of the FIFA World Cup update on November 9th.

“For a full quarter of a century, EA SPORTS FIFA has been the #1 destination for new music from rising artists and famous Superstars. Every fan has their own favorite song from the plethora of songs available in FIFA and this playlist is a tribute to all that music that has defined discovery, versatility and excellence for generations of gamers,” says Steve Schnur, President Music at EA.

“Originally, FIFA soundtracks were meant to reflect global culture. But then they themselves began to influence this very culture. The ultimate FIFA soundtrack shows how and why they themselves became part of the culture.”

On November 2nd, EA SPORTS FIFA challenged gamers of all generations to nominate their favorite songs from the games to create the ultimate FIFA soundtrack.

The partnership with Spotify allowed EA SPORTS to make over 1,000 songs from the FIFA soundtrack catalog listenable in one place and then add the songs that had been streamed the most through November 7th to be part of the final list totaling 100 songs make.
