Buy PSVR2: The VR headset is available for pre-order from today, but where?

Today is the big day for everyone looking to pre-order PlayStation VR2. Exactly that is possible from today.

But this is not possible everywhere, not on every street corner. Only on Sony’s official PlayStation Direct Store.

When and how can I pre-order PlayStation VR2?

The bad news is that you may have already missed your first chance. Registrations to be invited to a pre-order have recently been possible since the price and date were announced.

Invitations for today’s pre-order period, which will last until the morning of November 18 for invitees – giving you time to think – were sent out yesterday.

It is currently still unclear how things will continue afterwards. Will another wave follow immediately? And when will PlayStation VR2 be available for pre-order at retailers? At the moment, however, PlayStation Direct is the only way to pre-order PSVR2.

Anyone who has not yet received an invitation or has not yet registered can still register. Easy visit this page, log in with your PSN account and click on the registration button. And then you have to wait.

If you get a chance to be invited, you will be informed in advance by e-mail. And don’t forget to check your spam folder here and there.

PlayStation VR2 will be released on February 22, 2023 and costs 599.99 euros, but you get the headset, two controllers and stereo headphones. There is also a bundle with Horizon Call of the Mountain for 649.99 euros.
