The Ultra Beast Arrivals: Worldwide event kicks off in Pokémon GO on Sunday. We show you all content, Pokémon and bonuses.

What is this event? The event has special bonuses and bosses for a few hours on Sunday. In the days leading up to the event, you can work towards this and unlock special bonuses for Sunday.

Ultra Beast Arrival Event Summary

When does it start? The event runs worldwide on Sunday. On Saturday it is active for players in Los Angeles and London. It will start for you on November 27th worldwide at 11:00 a.m. local time and will then be active until 5:00 p.m.

Which Ultra Beasts Appear? The spawns are different depending on the region:

  • America: Anego, Masskito and Schlingking
  • Asia Pacific: Anego, Voltriant and Schlingking
  • Europe: Anego, Schabelle and Schlingking
  • Northern Hemisphere: Katagami
  • Southern Hemisphere: Kaguron

Temporary research: Matching the event, there will be limited research for you that will revolve around the raid battles. You can then find the content here on MeinMMO on Sunday.

Pokémon you encounter through special event field research

Event Bonuses: The following bonuses are active during the event:

  • 1.25x more XP for winning raid battles against Ultra Beasts
  • Increased chance of XL Special Candies from on-site raids
  • Up to five free Arena Raid Passes during the event and up to 2 hours after

But you can still increase the bonuses, but you have to show teamwork. From Monday (November 21st) to Saturday (November 26th) work together worldwide to unlock more bonuses.

  • 50,000 trainers invited by recommendation: All trainers can pick up a bundle with a lock module in the shop.
  • 100,000 trainers invited by referral: During the Ultra Beast Arrivals Worldwide event, all trainers can Ultraballs use to capture Ultra Beasts.
How to invite friends by referral?
– Access your profile page in-game by tapping your profile picture
– Now tap on the Friends tab at the top
– Now select “Recommend”
– Here you can now “share” the code directly in other apps or copy it to the clipboard to send it

Niantic explains: “You can only invite friends who do not already have an account for the game or have been inactive for 90 days. In order to receive referral bonuses, the referral code must be redeemed within 72 hours of creating or logging into the account.”

Other group bonuses: If you win a raid battle against an Ultra Beast, the following Pokémon will appear around the Gym where the raid took place for a short time:

  • Machoke
  • scythe*
  • magmar*
  • gulp
  • absolute*
  • picochilla*
  • Quabble
  • Dedenne
  • In the case of Picochilla, the chance of a shiny is increased under these circumstances

Niantic had announced this raid weekend with teasers in the last few days. First the partners of the game showed cryptic references to November 26th and 27th. The Pokémon GO development team then started a countdown and specifically announced November 27 for a worldwide event.
