Twitch: Show stats – Amouranth only streamer in top 100

recently has the Streamelements blog published interesting statistics about live streams, which show how big the lead of Twitch is in the live stream sector over the two biggest competitors Facebook Gaming and YouTube Gaming. Despite all the problems Twitch continues to dominate the market. In October 2022 came Twitch to almost 1.8 billion viewer hours, YouTube Gaming “only” to 272 million and Facebook Gaming to 342 million viewing hours.

The folks at Streamelements also take a look at the distribution of the top-watched male and female streamers over the past three months. Here it becomes clear what a male domain live streaming is. After Pokimane initially took a break from streaming, only one female streamer can be found among the top 100 streamers (by viewer hours).

Amouranth the only streamer in Twitch’s Top 100 Streamers

Based on the data from rainmaker.gg Amouranth is now by far the only streamer in the top 100, she was 53rd in October. This is followed in the list of streamers with the most viewer hours by vtuber Shylily and streamer Kydae, known for Valorant. According to the statistics from streamelements, the streamers shown here are at least in the top 200. The last streamer shown here in the picture ranks 207th.
