WoW: Attention transmog fans – remember to set the dealer to “All”!
The pre-event for WoW: Dragonflight may not be particularly exciting, but it is useful for farming from different points of view. On the one hand, there is an incredible amount of experience points to be gained there, which means that you can now prepare twinks for the upcoming expansion in record time.
On the other hand, there is also a dealer for you, where you can get different armor with item level 252. Of course, these are primarily interesting for twinks and returnees, so that the level path on the dragon islands becomes a little more pleasant. But transmog fans are also happy to get a completely new set and various new weapons for their collection. However, if you are not careful, you will miss a few templates.
Set the filter to “All” at the dealer
By default, the trader only shows you the goods that are suitable for your class. In the case of a paladin, these are, for example, the plate items and weapons with intelligence or strength that a paladin can equip. But so that we can really bag all templates, we have to expand the filter.
Because the retailer doesn’t show us the things that we can use, only the things that make sense for us. For example, he hides a mace or an ax from us, which have no strength or intelligence, but mobility as their primary value. However, we could create these and get the template unlocked when we buy it.
If the filter is on your own class, we don’t see many things.

Of course we won’t be using them, but transmog fans will still want them. As a paladin, we are also not shown off-hands because we are supposed to carry shields. And so there are potential transmog items for many classes that are not displayed by default.
Of course, this only works for weapons. If we buy cloth armor as a plate carrier, then unfortunately we don’t get the model unlocked. Nevertheless, transmog fans should also remember to always display all options on the Dragon Islands. Because the different factions also have a bunch of new weapons that we might want to have presented, although the weapon doesn’t make any sense to us.
