Pokémon Crimson & Crimson: How to win against Team Star Boss Otis

Whole five Team Star bosses face you in the open world adventure Pokémon Crimson & Crimson in the way. You are the leader one Group of bullies, which are causing problems at your academy. To end this, you will be given the task of breaking up the group.

As part of the Story mission The Road of Stars you must locate the bases of these five bosses, lure them out, and defeat them in a duel. Below we give you some tips on how you can kill Otis, who is in the Northern Zone 3 waiting for you.

No cute fairy Pokémon

After you defeat the guard at the gate and the subsequent Star Rush (beat 30 Pokémon in 10 minutes), Otis will finally show himself. Compared to the three Team Star bosses you’ve faced so far, he’s real a completely different caliber.

But what do we mean by that? Your last opponent was probably shugi, whose Pokemon were level 32/33. Otis’ team is up though Level 50/51! That’s a huge leap. Accordingly, your new opponent delivers you with his four Fairy Pokémon a pretty tough fight.

First he will be you azumarill (Level 50). As a Water-type Pokémon, it is vulnerable to Electric-type and Grass-type attacks. In addition, you also have Poison Attacks good cards. The same will help you against Wigglytuff (Level 50), which is otherwise weak against Steel.

After that, Team Star-Boss sends Otis cheeks (Level 51) against you in the fight. While it looks cute like the previous two Pokemon, it can be a problem. With steel and poison attacks you get it down quickly. Fortunately, the same applies to your opponent’s strongest pocket monster: Rukbat Starmobile (Level 50). Once you’ve defeated it, Otis’ gang is history!

After your victory you get a medal and a TM plus see a little flashback sequence. This gives you a glimpse into your opponent’s past and reveals the reason they joined Team Star in the first place. After that it will break up his gang.
