Street Fighter 6 Has Been Rated, Its Release Could Be Sooner Than Thought

Street Fighter 6 Reveals New Theme Song For Ryu, GamersRD

Street Fighter 6 has been rated in South Korea, where it was awarded age 15 and over due to “limited expression of sexuality”. This could mean that the game is released very soon.

While the rating doesn’t necessarily mean the game’s release is imminent, it does suggest that fans might be getting word on when the title is expected to arrive in the coming weeks.

Officially, Street Fighter 6 has a 2023 release window, and in recent financial results Capcom claimed it had a “major new title” planned for the rest of its fiscal year: Resident Evil 4, suggesting that the game fight will not be released sooner. March 31, 2023.

However, the South Korean rating does provide some hope that Street Fighter 6 may not be far from release.

Capcom recently confirmed the full character roster for Street Fighter 6, which includes the original eight ‘World Warriors’ from Street Fighter II.
